Why I am asking for your suggestions

I am living with hemophilia and have different degrees of joint deformity in my left knee, right ankle, both elbows, and left shoulder. I am unable to do physical labor, although I can walk short distances and travel when necessary.

I live in China and hope to build a small international business selling Chinese products to people around the world, with a focus on lightweight products that are practical to ship. Because I do not know overseas markets well, I would be grateful for your honest suggestions about suitable products and the real needs of customers in your country.
